Graduated from King’s College London with a master’s degree in Public Policy. During the study programme focused on the implementation of modern technologies in public administration and digitalization of political campaigning.

Former Government Advisor to the National Police of Ukraine (Strategic Reform Team). From 2012 to 2016 worked as an Aide to the Member of Parliament in the Committee on Industrial Policy and Entrepreneurship.
