PhD, is the Director of the Academic Department at the Ukrainian Catholic University, where he is responsible for the development of academic policies, international relations and quality assurance of academic products.

Besides his administrative work, he is a Senior Lecturer at the Ethics.Politics.Economy Program at UCU. He is a research fellow of the Nanovic Institute of European Studies, University of Notre Dame, USA. His major research interests focus on international conflicts, post-conflict transformation, global and regional security, international relations theories, quality assurance and internationalization of higher education.
